This certificate prepares students for a career in the land surveying job market. It is designed for individuals with little or no surveying experience and those who presently hold a position with a surveying firm and want to move into another position.

Major Requirements

CET 204 - Fundamentals of Surveying Credit: 4
CET 205 - Surveying II Credit: 4
EGT 151 - Introduction to CAD Credit: 3
Students may substitute EGR 275 for EGT 151 with departmental approval.
EGT 152 - Fundamentals of CAD Credit: 3
MAT 170 - Algebra, Geometry and Trigonometry I Credit: 3

Admission Requirements

Admission into this program requires proof of high school graduation (or GED) and qualifying scores on SAT, ACT or the TTC placement test.
