Design is one of the most important tools of visual communication. Design is to create with intent or assign visual order to conceptual abstractions. The Design Basics certificate will give students the basics for becoming successful visual communicators. Students will demonstrate a working knowledge of visual design and composition principles through successfully creating and implementing design techniques and principles.

Admission Requirements

Admission into this program requires proof of high school graduation (or GED) and qualifying scores on SAT, ACT or the TTC placement test.
