The Turfgrass and Landscape Management certificate prepares students for entry-level positions in landscaping, turf maintenance, golf course operations and groundskeeping, as well as advancement in the green industry. Students gain real-world experience using industry-standard equipment while focusing on turfgrass identification and maintenance, soil health, irrigation basics, pruning, fertilization and integrated pest management.

Admission Requirements

Students who are at least 18 years old and have acceptable scores from the SAT, ACT or placement test can be admitted into this program without a high school diploma or GED.
