AMT 209 - Automation Networks-Ethernet

This course provides a study and implementation of Ethernet transmission protocol in automation networks. It includes PLC interfacing to Ethernet cabling and Ethernet capable instrumentation. Additional topics include the OSI model and distributed BUS networking.

Prerequisite: EEM 252  or EIT 244
