IST 286 - Technical Support Internship I

This course provides students with entry-level work experience in a technical support role. Students will learn skills in their field and participate in weekly evaluation sessions to discuss problems and solutions they have experienced. Students intern at the college’s help desk, providing support to faculty and staff. 

Prerequisite: CPT 209  and IST 165  and departmental approval
