MET 233 - Applied Thermal Principles

This course emphasizes the application of the laws of thermal science in the workplace. Systems covered include steam power, gas turbines, internal combustion, refrigeration, heat pumps, psychometry, air conditioning and heat transfer. Appropriate instrumentation for measuring temperature, pressure, flow, level and related phenomena will be utilized.
