OTA 245 - Occupational Therapy Departmental Management

This course covers the operation of an occupational therapy clinic, including inventory, supervision, and quality assurance. This course will examine the roles, responsibilities, supervision, and management of occupational therapy services, introducing students to current management principles, including reimbursement and continuous quality improvement measures, as well as the role of research within the profession.
