VET 216 - Veterinary Parasitology and Laboratory Animal Medicine

This course covers the clinically significant internal and external parasites that impact a variety of large and small animal species. Topics include diagnostic laboratory skills, the parasite’s life cycle and potential zoonotic impact. All aspects of laboratory animal medicine are also explored.

Prerequisite: VET 142  and VET 160
