CUL 234 - Southern Foodways Lecture: 2 Lab: 3 Credit: 3 Contact Hours: 75 This course is an interdisciplinary study of the regional cuisine of the American South. Students will critically think and discuss food history, culture, native ingredients, and other topics related to Southern Foodways and prepare a weekly meal corresponding to the region.
